I'm excited to bring a special guest to The Music Incubator community this month. Wemppa Koivumäki is a Finnish music industry executive with a career spanning over three decades and one of the coolest and most grounded guys I've met in the music space.   He has spent 30+ years working with artists, songs, producers, and creative teams. He’s been CEO of Sony Music Finland and EMI Finland, and he’s helped devlop artists starting their careers.

What matters for this month's session is simple:

He genuinely loves listening to new music and helping artists move their songs forward.   He’s warm, supportive, and the opposite of the “industry gatekeeper” stereotype.

This session is your chance to get honest, encouraging feedback from someone who’s been behind the scenes of hundreds of releases.
